My grandmother had 4 childrens (2 sons and 2 daughters) among them 1 daughter has died before property sharing and left only 3 childrens and another one daughter is my mom..my mother is not given equal share in property but already once the property is shared and registration papers were sighned but my mother is unknown about property sharing portions and she blindly sighned it and my mother is not educated also but now my mother is unsatisfied with the sharing...can we make case and get our equal property??

A.legal remedy depends on when it happened.
if it happened recently then she can claim but it is registered so it depends on points mentioned there.
if any points mentioned the reason for less share then chances are bleak.
if no points mentioned the reason for less share then absolutely.
so approach a lawyer with copy of registered deed.

your mother can file a claim for equal division of property also she can sue the other members for taking her signature fraudulently.
