I have sold one property but deal is done on normal paper with stamp on it so is the new buyer is the owner of it without registration.

A.Hi,
Property above Rs 100 can be sold only through a registered paper and not through an agreement on a simple paper. The property is not sold in that case.

A.Hi,
You have provided limited facts and based on them it appears that the property is not sold. Since, as per Indian law property above Rs 100 cannot be sold without a registered paper. So if the paper was not registered then the ownership is not transferred.

A.आपका प्रश्न स्पस्ट नही ।फिर भी आप ये कहना चाह रहे हैं की एक सिंपल कागज पर सौदा किया जाता है।क्या इस कागज के अनुसार नया खरीदार उसका मलिक बन सकता है।कानून के अनुसार जहाँ पर कोई सौदा 100 रुपये से अधिक किया जाता हैं।उसका रजिस्टर्ड होना चाहिए।इस लिये बिना रजिस्टर्ड किय मालिक नही बन सकता।
