We are residing on 3rd floor of a flat and want lift to be installed in the shaft. But family residing on the ground floor have captured shaft as well as path to shaft which is below the stairs. What can we do as this area is common for all

A.It is illegal occupation.
give them notice and get lift installed.
You can even call police with help of local lawyer.

You can approach the court to declare the area as open access area under right to easement of property.

A.आप सोसाइटी को कानूनी notice इस बाबत दे।की जो लिफ्ट के लिये जन्गह छोडी गई थी।उसको भूतल पर रहने वाले से खाली करा के तीसरी मंजिल पर लिफ्ट लगाए।
