I was 18 when i married my bf by running away from my hostel we had a nikah in his house having 50 peopel there was nome from my side of family i never told aboute the wedding n returned to my hostel but after marriage the guy kept askng me for money and started threatening me about telling my parenst if i dnt gv money ,that we i decided i ll no more need him he called up my oarents n told them my parents came went to his palce wher ethey humiltaed my parents about raising sch a bad daughter my parents spoke to him about leaving me he was fine than later after 3 months he started blackmailing my parents for money saying if they dnt gv money he will ssay about the weddng to my other relatives n put my pictures eduted in the net its been 6 to 7 years we have not wpoken yet but he keeps callimg my parents n threatening thm for money and tlill now they have paid him 15lakhs he even threatens them of defaming me

A.so finally you learned or want to get blackmailed more ?
The only solution is to file FIR on them for blackmailing after contacting a good local lawyer.

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint against your bf for extortion, blackmailing, harassment etc. You can also seek divorce, stating that marriage was forceful and without your valid consent.

A.Hi,
You have not mentioned about the age of your bf when he married you. Further, under the Muslim law, if the marriage is contracted without the consent of the parties, it is void, therefore you can seek divorce and claim that you did not consent and you married forcefully. You can also institute a criminal compliant for blackmailing, threatening and extortion against your bf.
