मेरे घर के सामने की खाली जगह( लालडोरा के अन्दर) के मालिकाना हक की दावेदारी मेनें कलेकटर के पास सवामित्व योजना के तहत की है क्योकि यह खाली जगह मेरें पुर्वजो की भुमि रही है पर कोई तिसरा व्यक्ति वहां अपनी ट्राली खडी़ कर रहा है मेनें पुलिस को शिकायत दी की विवादित भुमि पर तिसरे व्यक्ति को घुसने से रोके। पर पूलिस ने fir नहीं लिखी वह तिसरे व्यक्ति का पक्ष लिया और कहां आप कहीं और से घर से बाहर निकल जाऐ। इसने तो पचायत की जमीन पर ट्राली खडी़ की है
क्या मुझे fir के लिए कोर्ट जाना चाहिए या नहीं।।क्या कोई कैश तिसरे व्यक्ति पर बनता है या नहीं ।

A.सबसे पहले आप अपने एरिया के सर्किल ऑफिसर के पास जाएं। उन्हें एक निवेदन पत्र देकर अपने नाम की पर्ची कटवाए। पर्ची कट जाने के बाद उस पर्ची के बिना पर एक दीवानी केस खोलें।
दूसरी बात पुलिस के पास जाकर एक f.i.r. करवाएं कि आप की जमीन पर लोग ट्रॉली खड़ा कर रहे हैं।

You can file specific performance suit for injunction which could be temporary as well as permanent. Permanent injunction will be better option to stop vendors entering your property.

To file a civil suit for specific performance in the way of injunction.
Injunction is temporary as well as permanent. You can go for permanent injunction to avoid road side vendor entering in your property.
