Sir we hold a joint property and we have taken out the property for sale. The other joint holder doesnt take any steps to sell the property, but shows as if he also want to sell the property. So what can be done to save our interest regarding the property.Can we form an Agreement regarding the same.Plz Whatsapp for the same asap.

A.which steps joint holder have to take to sell the property ?
you find seller, confirm the sale, take money 50-50.

A.Hi,
The consent of all joint owners is required for the sale of joint property, hence selling a joint property is difficult. However, you can go for mediation and attempt to convince the other owner to sell the property. Alternatively, you may get the property partitioned and then sell your portion, for this you can start by sending a legal notice to the joint owner outlining the terms of the partition or prompt sale.

A.It is necessary on your part to give Written proposal to that Joint Holder that you are willing to sell your undivided part of property at and for a certain consideration giving him chance to purchase your undivided portion of that property within specified period of time otherwise you will sale the undivided portion to stranger purchaser.

A.Hi,
For the sale of joint property, the consent of all the owners is required. You can try to resolve the issue amicably. Otherwise, you can get the property partitioned and then sell your part in the property.

You can get issue a legal notice setting your terms if does not agree then sell the property by approaching civil court.

A.Selling a joint property is not that easy without the consent of all the holders or unless the property is partitioned so no need to worry they cannot sell it off just like that.
