in 2007 my family divided all get fully prepared house and we get damged house and a empty plot on front but they agree on that we will get front and they will get road in back but right now front has more price and they want to divided house as half front but

A.Hi,
As per the narration, your family is going for a repartition. As per the Indian Succession Act, the partition can be reopened only when there has been a mistake. You can also file a suit for partition before the family court.

If the repartition is not equitable in nature then you may file a suit for the proper division of property through the court. You can file a partition suit before the family court as per the Indian Succession Act.
