Sir
I am sekhar from hyderabad. My daughter married other cast boy in 2012 after 2 children born, he started his original attidude, he harrasing my daughter like any thing. Once he us beaten also. Daily he is very worst abusing words oon my daughter snd he is beating children. My daughter affected wth carona, he had not bring to doctor, insted of that he is using worst words. Childers aged 6 yrboy, 3 yrs girl. He is beating kids. Daily he threstinings to my daughter to send to my house snd by hook or Cook he is threstining my daughter to bring children with him. Now my daughter also vexed with him. He wants to give divorce to my daughter. My financial position is not good to rear Childern so I need some compensation to grow chikdern, studies, and marriage if daughter. How much compensation will be given by him snd hiw much court will give assurances

File 498A with Dowry Act.
File DV case claiming maintenance, right of residence, and compensation.

The amount of maintenance for your daughter and her grandkids will be determined by the courts. Given the circumstances, it's likely that your daughter will gain custody of her children, as well as money for their maintenance and her alimony.

You can file a divorce lawsuit on grounds of physical and mental cruelty and also include maintenance and alimony. The amount of alimony is decided on a case-to-case basis and depends on the facts of the case and the discretion of the court. Your daughter and her children will get separate money for maintenance based on the financial status of her husband.

You can file a case of divorce along with maintenance and/or alimony. The amount of alimony or maintenance will depend upon the the earning of the husband, his financial conditions and the financial condition of the wife. There will be separate maintenance for wife and children which will provisioned for by the court.
