House property related issue House property related issue

Government has given land to my mother's father. But my mother constructed house on that land and all documents are on her name. I got married 20 years back.
As daughter while I'm asking for my share they are saying they don't have any relationship with me and they are not accepting me as their daughter. I also don't have any govt issued certificates that I can prove I'm their daughter also I don't have any house documents too. Please suggest me on the issue.

A.Hi,
This is your mother's property so she can chose to not give you any share. As a legal heir your right is enforceable only in case of intestate succession otherwise there is no legal obligation for a parent to give their property to their children only.

A.Hi,
If you don't have proof, you won't be able to do anything legally. Furthermore, if your mother refuses to transfer the property to you, you have no legal right to it.

A.How is it possible that you can't prove that whose daughter you are? If you do not have any document then get a First Class Judicial Magistrate Affidavit done for the same.
