A.Hi,
Pendency of court proceedings does not form any kind of pious obligation on the son. The usual obligations involves any kind of a debt settlement but any court case has not been classified as such. However, if the son has enough involvement in the facts then he may called upon before the court.

A.Hi,
It is not necessary for the son to be obligated by any kind of court proceedings which involve the father. However, he may be served with summons to secure the attendance. It usually depends upon the factual matrix of the instantaneous case.

A.It depends on what kind of case is being filed and carried on in the court. Whether its a civil or criminal case and even in civil what is the nature and liability and outcome to the case.
