A.Hi,
In lieu of fighting an uphill battle, you have the option to recover your lost money. You can simply sue the builder to reclaim the invested money. You also have the additional option to press charges on him for defrauding u/S 415 IPC.

A.Hi,
It is advisable to file a complaint against the builder for not providing the required documents. There is usually a tripartite agreement and the builder will be liable to indemnify you on account of any procedural failure.

A.Visit the MMRDA and seek the application procedure and the amount to be paid to legalize the deviation. Every municipality has a procedure of paying the penalty for the deviation and getting it legalized so seek the process from them. If need be then hire a service of a lawyer from Mumbai.
