Unauthorized access to the roof of my flat Unauthorized access to the roof of my flat

I live in top floor , DDA Flats, R Pocket, Dilshad Garden, l have roof right as maintenance of it and water tanks of flats below my flat are kept on my roof and they can check out their water tanks and matters related to water tank . For a long time many thefts had been there of my stuff's over my roof , so I put a gate and locked it on the entrance of my roof. Flats under my roof have my contact no. so that they can call me any time to check out their water tanks . My floor is 3rd i.e. top floor . Now owner of 1st floor of my adjacent building installed TATA sky Dish over the wall of my roof which I have got repaired some month before as it was leaking and my wall has got moistened at that time. All the installation was done without my permission and knowledge and also when the gate of my roof was locked, by jumping over the wall . Neighbour should have got installed it over the roof of top floor of their building but they did all that over my roof. Now their Dish got some problem and TATA Sky technician asked us to let that Dish check .I told him to install it somewhere else so that further repair work can be done . Then technician told that other technician would do that and went away . After some time, on the same day the Dish had been removed but again it was done by jumping over the wall of my roof. After about an hour a lady from the house of same neighbour and quarrelled a lot and used abusive language . She blamed me for doing some disorientation problem in their dish and also threatened me about filing a case against me. I was also in rage and told that I have done disorientation in their Dish in a bit of anger but in real I didn't disorient their Dish . I have complained against her in police station and soon I will be called for the matter. Now please , suggest me if I was wrong and what should I do when being presented before police as the neighbour has support of some backbone people and me and my family are all alone and has some fear for dominance from their side as well as from police too. What should I do now?

A.Hello sir
It would be suggested to not take such trivial issues in the court. And the police would try to solve such trivial issue in station itself.
Thank you

A.Hello Sir
Your issue is very trivial, there is very less chances police would take it seriously they would try to solve the issue in police station itself. Also it would br suggested to do compromise at the situation to avoid lengthy process of court in such trivial matter.
Thanks.

A.This is a petty matter and police will not make a case out of it and most likely will try to settle this within within the police station; You need to keep your calm and speak the fact and let the police do its job. I don't see much of a problem and in case you get an offer to settle it then you should go for it.
