A.Dear Sir,
If you are having all the documents then approach the local police to help to secure possession from the persons who are illegally sitting on your property. Otherwise you may sell it away to a strong person who will get the possession forcefully.

A.Aap civil court me advocate appoint karke possession ke liye case file kar sakte hai.
Aapki property par jisne possession kiya hai usko party banate hue case file kare.
Aap apni property ko recover karne ke revenue court bhi jaa sakte hai. Please respond my answer.

A.hi.
You have all the legal documents of the property that means you are the true owner of land and no one can object you in enjoying rights over the property. In order to have possession you could start with having a boundary wall constructed all around the property.
thanks,

A.hello
If you have complete land property documents then you have complete right to enjoy your land and have the possession. If anyone objects you in taking possession then you could show them the papers of the property that its your land.
Thanks

A.Yes you have all the chances and legal rights to have the possession of the property and no body should oppose that. What you should do is that erect a boundary around your land put a board stating your name that you are the owner of the land if you are not planning to construct any building on that as of now.
