About internal village road construction on my land

Hello respected lawyers, I want to ask the question about a road which is under Mukhyamantri gram sadak yojna in sangli district, a officers of road wants to complete their road as soon as possible but we take objection on road widening then they say we are doing the existing road with concrete but we already follow up to tahasildar, collector and other authorities about this matter and we put our land subject for gov land demarcification ( mojni )...before mojni gov officers are trying to complete their road wht to do plz suggest

In this matter, it is important to have proper papers of the land belonging to you. You can jointly reach out to the authorities stating your problems. If you are illegal occupants then there would be a problem with claiming of the land and preventing the government from constructing roads. One thing that you can do is approach the independent groups or commissions.
