A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
It is vital to vigilantly review the condominium declaration and your unit deed to understand what you own and what you can do. One of the most important legal instruments is the Declaration of Condominium, which is sometimes called a master deed or condominium declaration.

A.Dear Sir,
Normally, the original title deeds will be preserved by the Society and each resident will be shared with a certificate about his occupation to prove his title to such particular flat.
