A.Dear Sir,
First get sale deed in your name and become absolute owner and sell portion of the said land to other prospective buyers. Try to get katha changed in your name and taxes are paid in your name then only you can sell the property in pieces.

A.It is necessary to scrutinize the terms and conditions of that Agreement as well as the legal perspective to ascertain your legal position.

To give proper legal opinion in this regard, the documentary evidence is extremely important.

A.Hi,
Agreement for sale is an agreement to sell the property to a person in future. In case of breech of the agreement, the aggrieved party can approach the court for compensation or specific performance.

A.Hi,
An agreement for sale of an immovable property is not the same as a sale deed for the same property. There is no right created to the party upon the property but it makes an agreement between the parties that one party will transfer his property to another party in future subject to conditions in the agreement. In case of breech the aggrieved party can approach the court.
