Related to civil suit for property

मुझे लालडोरा भुमि के अन्दर मेरे घर के सामने के ओपन कोर्टयार्ड की मालिक दावेदारी के लिए केश डालना है। स्वामित्व योजना में इस जगह को पचायत का बताया है। मेरे दो सवाल है 1. पार्टी किसे बनाऐ।2.क्या जगह का नक्शा किसी इजिनियर से बनाना जरुरी है या हम खुद नक्शा तैयार कर के वह फोटो और सर्वे में तैयार नक्शे के आधार पर केश डाल सकते है मेने नक़्शा खुद तो बना लिया है में गणित में पिजी हुं। क्या नक्शे से जुडा़ कोई विषेश कानुन है।
A.ऐसे केस करने पर कोई लाभ नहीं होगा। सर्वप्रथम उस ज़मीन पर कब्ज़ा करलें और उसके बाद कोई अगर विरोध करे तोह फिर उसको पार्टी बनाकर उसपर केस करे। गलत पार्टी बनाने पर आपके केस को खारिज किया जा सकता है। ज़रुरत पड़ने पर आप Declaration Suit कर सकते है।

A.Hello.
You could make panchayat as a party is your case as it has been declared as their land. Also you could make the government departments a party as they are stating that this land beolngs to the panchayat. Its would be better if you get the lay out plan designed by the engineer or an architect in order to be precise.

Sir it would be suggested to make the layout plan with the help of a architecture or the engineer. Also check the documents of the property in order claim rights over that property. You could file a suit against the Panchayat which has the rights over the property.
