Hi All, i am planning to buy EWS flat in resale which is alloted 3 years ago but as per EWS policy this flat cannot be resaled utill 5 years.. Is it safe to buy this flat as dealer saying that registry will also be done... Csn you pleasechel pas i have alreasy 3 lakh to owner of proprty and now i am confused what to do.

It would be better if you purchase a flat that you could register. If the broker is saying that registry would be done then you could surely purchase that flat. Just check the documents of that property before purchasing.

A.Hello
If the registry cannot happen then it would be a risk to purchase such flat. It would be suggested to purchase a property which you could get it registered in your name.
