मेरे दादा जी की डेथ 2016 जनवरी मे हुई .मेरे पिताजी की डेथ 2016 अक्टूबर हुई. और दादी जी डेथ 2018 जून में हुई. एक रेजिडेंशियल प्रॉपर्टी दोनों भाइयों नाम पर है.क्या बहनों का हिस्सा बनता है प्रॉपर्टी में. अगर बनता है तो लीगली कितना बनता है.

A.Hello, 
both sons and daughters have an equal portion in their parents' property. Thanks to a 2005 amendment to the Hindu Succession Act, daughters are now coparceners and have a claim to the family estate.

A.Hi,
sons and daughters have an equal share in the property of the parents. Daughters are now coparceners and have a right to the family property, thanks to a 2005 change to the Hindu Succession Act.

A.Hi, dekhiye apne pahle to detail di nahi hai jisase ye btana mushkil hai ki property kiske name se hai means apko pure document btane chahiye phir koi rpy apko de skti hu , lekin jese ki property dono bhai ke name se kharidi vi hai dono bhai ka name hai to sis ka hissa nhi padega but property agar ancesstral hai to sis ka equal hissa padega ok.
