A.Dear client,

You mother has made no will particularly in anybody's name. She died intestate. Each one of you have the equal rights over the property. You cannot ask your sibling to leave the property and take cash on behalf of it.

Thank you

A.Hello Client,

You and your siblings both have equal rights over the property. In case of partition of the property if somehow one sibling is getting a bit more share in the property then he/she may give others an equal sum of money for the extra space.
Since your mother died intestate, all of you have equal rights over the property and you can claim your equal share.

Thank You.

A.Hi,
If your mother died intestate, all of you will get an equal share in her property. No one will get anything more and irrespective of your financial condition it will be devolved.
