Stay order not followed
In spite of granting stay order from the court the opposite party continued with construction of house and completed the construction
A.Hi,
If the opposite party has continued to go forward with its projects by building a house and constructing it despite a stay order on the same land, then they must be penalised for violating the order from the court. This can be done by instituting a contempt of court petition against them.

A.It is extremely necessary on your part to submit through petition before the Ld. Court that disobeying the Stay Order to stop the unauthorized construction, the defendant is continuing and completed the construction so it is necessary to attract the penal provision for willful violation of the Court's Order by the Defendant. If you have photographs and other evidences in your support then that will make your case strong.

A.If the opposite party is not following the stay order then ask your lawyer to file a contempt of court petition and move the application as soon as possible. The OPs will be required to file a counter in reply to that and shall be penalized for not following the stay order from the court.
