Property Division Property Division

Hi
My Grandfather has two sons - My father and my uncle.
My Grandfather had 1 shop where both my father and uncle works. Two houses - which is acquired by each of his sons.
We wanted to divide the property.
My uncle is asking for 50% share of the shop as Cash and his house is old and asking us to give money to him to build a new house.
For which we agreed.
My father has two sons - 23 years old and 19 years old.
My uncle has two sons - 11 years old.
I (23 year old son) do a job.
My uncle is asking for the money of the education expenses of mine and my brother. And they are also asking for my 50% of my salary.
Is this even legal to demand this?
Because even my father and uncle might work in same shop (business). Their son is also getting the same education which we had.
Why we need to pay for their son's further or higher studies when every property is divided.
We were elder then him and we were doing higher studies. But this isn't our fault. Their son is in school but how can they ask for the money of his further studies.
Technically our grandfather left us with only properties with no money. And only it should be divided.
Why we need to take the responsibility of their son's education and can they ask for my 50% salary?? They are saying that they paid my for my education from the income from common shop. But my dad was also working there. And I or my brother never asked my uncle to pay our fee. Then how can they make such demands?
Please help in this matter.
Thanks...

A.You should not pay for his sons education and certainly you should not pay the 50% of the salary to your uncle. At max the 50% of the value of the shop can be given to him which means that it is like partition/division of the property and after taking cash for his rights he will have no more right on the property.
