I purchased a land in March 2013 from a Muslim. The land gets registered and mutation done on my name. I have paid land revenue tax for five contious years. In 2018 sellers half sister appeal in front of DCLR. DCLR broken my land mutation and attached the to her half sister. What should I do kindly advice

A.Hi,
It depends on the facts of your case. You have to contact a lawyer and detail your issues by providing him the relevant documents. You can file a suit to claim your title on the said property.

A.You will have to file a Title Suit in the civil court of proper jurisdiction and pray for declaration of title in your name. The court shall examine all the evidences and the claims by the parties and then will pass an order in your favour or against you.
