Bought a property in bank auction(SARFAESI).Sessions judge stay order.

We bought a property in bank auction(SARFAESI ). We are the highest bidder. We paid the whole amount to the bank. When we went for registration, we came to know that Dist and Sessions judge has put a stay order after the auction has been completed. SRO refuses to register as there is a stay order.
The day before we went for registration X person filed a stay order. X person claims that Borrower has got a loan (He has only copy of sale deed) on the same property from the X person. So he has obtained a stay order (from Dist and Sessions judge) and now we cannot register the property.
Kindly let me know the course of action?
