Selling my house as independent floors to separate buyers
2 years ago
I have a 4-floor residential building - approval & construction was done in 2010 as G+2. 3rd floor was regularised through property tax assessment. Access to all floors is via common staircase and each has a kitchen. I want to sell each floor to individual buyers like an apartment. Is this possible?
