How can I get my money back from builder who was selling Non NA Plots How can I get my money back from builder who was selling Non NA Plots

I had paid advance amount of 1.4 Lakhs to the builder as advance booking of plot, & was about to get loan for the remaining amount, but as the plots where Non NA the loan process didnt go further, till then we didnt had an idea that the plots where NON NA, Hence we cancelled the plan of buying the plot and asked the concern builder to return our advance booking of amount 1.4 lakhs, its been already 10 months still we havent got the entire amount, as the builder gives silly reasons and neglect to give amount, i am continuously taking follow ups from the builder but he never receives call and always says you will get your amount in one or two days.

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and threaten to approach consumer court and also to the social network to demoralise his business then he may come forward for compromise.

I could have explained more if background is known to me. If background is made known in full then legal experts will be in position to understand correctly. Moreso, the background must be in brief.

Please give me FIVE STAR if satisfied by my answers.

A.Dear Client,
It is required to review the terms, conditions, and default clauses of the Sale Agreement through which you purchased that block of property. No acceptable legal remedy can be provided until and until the agreements entered into by and between the parties are reviewed to analyse the legal ramifications.
Thank you!

A.It is necessary to scrutinize the Sale Agreement through which you you had booked that plot of land for its terms, conditions and default clauses. Until and unless the terms entered by and between the parties be scrutinized to analyze the legal implications, appropriate legal remedy cannot be suggested.
