we are 3 sister and 1 brother, father expired on 2008 and mother also expired on 2010. we have 5 storeid building which was constructed by our father. after mother expired we came to learn that brother has mutated the property in his name with false signature of my mother. According to our parents will we along with our uncles and family we made a distribution of said building and made a paper. we are married now. So brother is torturing ang capturing all the flats of the building and he is not letting us to stay there.
DO WE 3 SISTER HAVE RIGHT TO CLAIM THE PROPERTY? and he his dismentalling one of our shared possession. what should I do?

A.To give opinion it is necessary to scrutinize the documents in your favour. Please take note that mutation doesn't confirm property title and that can be challenged at any time. You have right to claim the property but it is also necessary to know on the basis of which document,your brother has mutated that property in his name.
