This is wrt my recent post re: What is going on my case; I need to understand what is happening to the Notices and summons that are being issued by the court. How do I find out if the notices issued by the court have been accepted by the opposite party or not? Can this be done online? Do I need to physically goto the court and enquire with the clerk or something? I need to figure this out soon as my divorce case is still stuck at the Notice stage and its been more than a year since the divorce was filed.

Yes, the online display system of Courts is not perfect so you have to physically visit the concerned section of the Court and verify the file physically and also verify the registered posts returned with endorsements of postal authorities thereon.
