Asking for stuff after mutual divorced decreed issued

My ex wife and me filled mutual divorce on all mutual basis.
My household stuff are still at my ex home where we reside before divorce.
If I ask my ex wife to return my stuff of household then what will be problem for me ??
Can she file any case against me ?

If there is no clause in respect of your household stuff then you may get issue a legal notice and get back the same.

If you are asking for the items that you have paid for then there should not be any problem. You are the rightful owner of those belongings and she will not have any grounds to file a case against you.

A.It was necessary on your part to include this in the terms of that mutual consent divorce, however, if the mutual consent divorce is pending then you can always request your wife for return of your belongings and if in spite of that she is unwilling to return the same,then you are entitled to specify the said fact at the time of adducing evidence for divorce and if even after that your belongings kept in your ex-home will not be returned to you and if you are determined to get them returned then you can file complaint against your wife u/s 406 IPC on the ground of criminal breach of trust for unlawfully holding your precious belongings in her home which once upon a time was your home too.
