A.File a partition suit in the Civil Court. For drafting and filing partition suit contact a local lawyer from Vidhikarya.

A.For better resolution regarding property firstly hire property lawyer then send legal notices to all heirs about partition of property. Allowed them some time for settle property partition.if they denied or not replying to your notice, file partition suit in civil court.

A.First you have to issue a notice to the all the members requesting them to do the partition and if they are not willing then you should proceed for Partition suit before the civil court.
