My grandfather's property was distributed by him among two sons and him, he mentioned to my father (third son) that he would get his share after his death. Some days or years later, the second son sold his property for personal benefit. Recently my grandmother and grandfather died during the pandemic, my father checked out the papers and in the papers it was mentioned ' That after grandfather's death, grandmother is suppose to get the house for which my father should not have any objection', no mention of my father has been mentioned in the inheritance. Since my father lives away, he has no access to the house and the house keys has been confiscated by the second son ( who has already received his share). The second son is clearly interested in this share of the property as he claims that his son (grandfather's only grandson) is the heir of the house, he has his vested interested on the property for her daughter's wedding.

A.You have not specified whether that paper written by your grandfather is Will or not. If it is not Will, then it doesn't have any legal value. If it is Will, then your father has to make that Will probated from the competent Court of Law otherwise your uncles cannot give that property to your father.
