Should I connect with Lawyer to impose sec 144 for my all lands or what is the procedure to overcome of this issue(all properties are on my grand fathers name.. My Father & Grand parents are no more)
A.Dear Client,
you can file a partition suit in the court of competent judicature and appeal for a temporary injunction to stop the sale of the land in question. once the competent court has granted the injunction they shall not be able to sell the property before partition.
Thank you

A.It is necessary on your part to have Legal Heir Declaration in respect of that property and to claim Partition through Registered Deed of Partition within 30 days from the date of receipt of notice otherwise you have to file Partition Suit along with prayer for injunction and status quo restraining your co-owners from selling the property.
