I am going to purchase ready to move flat from landowner share,but same flat share not mention in builder and landowner aggrement.How I came to know that the same flat owner is landowner? and what documents should I check before purchasing of flat? If I made payment through cheque to land owner after ward if he denied to sell property or not return my money what should I do in that case, kindly suggest

A.Dear client,
You can verify the detailed of your flat by checking whether the project approvals are genuine or not from the sanctioning authority's office or the corporation office. The ownership documents can be verified from the office of the Sub Registrar from where their registration has been done.

A.Dear Sir,
You have to check sharing agreement in which a list of flats will be given under the names of respective land owner and builder.
