Name change and Property buy India Name change and Property buy India

I recently changed my name in Gazette of India. I want to buy a property in my new name but my IDs are still under my old name. Can I buy property by my new name providing Gazette notification, then change my IDs on my new address and name?

Once you have got your name changed then you will have to ensure that all your ids and similar documents are reissued with the new name change. In most of the states they require the PAN card for the registration and without PAN card with new name it might not be possible for your to get the registration done.
