Is this is possible -parental property

My father has 4 brothers, and their mom is dead from 10-20 years from now, but my father has equal equity in their parental property, ( but they are not considering him and his younger brother) so if we put a notice so what will be the possible outcome??

A.It is necessary for your father to give notice to his other brothers for executing registered Partition Deed to make partition by metes and bounds in respect of his one-fifth share in that property within stipulated period of time, failing which Partition Suit is required to be filed before the competent Civil court for injunction & status quo, Declaration and Partition.
