A.Dear Sir,
It is not correct for him to publish in such a way and you may get issue a legal notice to him and as well as to the concerned Matrimonial Website threatening to lodge complaint with police.

A.Dear Client,

You cannot legally marry another person while your divorce proceedings are pending in court, whether it is a Contested or Mutual Consent Divorce. In fact, you are not permitted to marry again until 6 months have passed since the date of your divorce.
However, in a recent case The Supreme Court has clarified that a second marriage is valid even if the first marriage's divorce proceedings are still pending in court, as long as both parties from the first marriage have amicably separated and have decided not to contest the decision.

Thank you
