My sis have pregnancy issue need to go IVF we given 15Lakhs gold as dowry after knowing this my sis husband demanding more money and asking share in my hometown house ..or else I will say about this pregnancy issue to all ur relatives ..we decided to go for divorce because he is behaving like golddigger ...of we satisfy now and go for IVF later also he will make problem ....
Need suggestion
1.. if we go for divorce did we get all gold and things money which we kept at marriage

You can file for divorce and demand the return of the dowry as well as any property to which you have a right. In the same situation, you can file a claim for maintenance. Any Streedhan given to your sister during the marriage  is her property, and she has rights to it.
