A.Dear Client,

As per the Hindu Succession Act, you don’t have any right over self acquired property during the lifetime of your father. After the demise of your father you may have a right over hi property only if he make a will in your favour or dies intestate.

A.Dear Madam,

You have no rights in the property of your father during the life time of your father. After the death of your father you can clean your share. You can file maintenance case and restrain your father from alienating the property. you can take family tree and proceed accordingly.

A.The property is self acquired property of your father so during his lifetime you don't have any right in that property. If your father during his lifetime doesn't make any Will or any registered Transfer Deed in favour of any other persons, then after your father's death your mother, you and your siblings( if any), your grandmother( if alive) will inherit his property by Hindu Laws of Succession.
