There was a sale agreement in 1990 for a property in the name of my grandmother. My uncle didn’t pay installment for at least 10 years. Now, my grandparents and uncle have been died. How can family members recover that property? Family members are ready to pay rest of the installment.

A.Dear Sir,

You have to approach the concerned seller and make a demand for the same. Normally sale agreement expires within 3 years from the date of its execution. You may get it renewed with the consent of other party.
