Divorce Suggestion - Explain Below

Dear Sir
My Brother got married 2 years back he work in Other country and he having a child recently 1 year back my father expired .. My Brother Wife is money minded and fully doubted mind ....
She wantedly Irritating my brother with Ugly Connection with mother,sister,relatives with first marriage propsal girl (relative)and even if he play with bathed baby also she saying ugly conenction with that kid (we have Every Recording)

Because of her ugly words once my brother hited window which lead to cuut of blood vessel 8 stiches and 1 motnh rest even she not changed her behaviour
at the time of my father 1 year function her brothers came and began fight with my bro i filed a case on them they said there mistake only before police..because of that she recently saying that i file a case on ur brother i will say to ps that he drag me once he draged my brothers to ps so i will do that
always she say someone said about our illegal connection of my brother and mother and we having so much of money
My question
1. My Brother Contract is still March ending But Her Torture Going Day by Day high is there any option to send her alone here with support of any letter from indian polices--

2. we having audios of her alligations we think to file a case with her audios as proof in local PS when they started to India and Bring her Directly to PS(becuase if we allow her in home india if she filed any case on me as said ) and send her with their family and ask her to bring the people who said about bad about us ...IS this Correct way did police support for this
3.we not taken any dowry also and we have debts on my Name and Property is on Father Name and Power of alter of house also on my Name They are thinking to Take half House as Almony ny showing kid but it is in Loan debt .. . If we go for Divorce how much amount should we need to pay
4.. Do we get any Support by These audio (in some of audios she laughing and saying i will sended all my injured pic and making more angry on u at my family my brohter saying i am little drinked please go away from here still she saying i stay here and argue u need to get angry and beat me then i will get a proof and make more angry on you to my parents and brothers, Saying my Father sayinging He willl Kill u and go for jail ,,,and in some audio illegal connection with mother and sister all these will help to get a support)
5... MAIN THING WE NEED BABY ---- WE are Not Sure that She will care of her she said lot of times if this baby not there i will fly off and all and Handling Kid also....
6.. my Brother Injured and My Grand Mother also Got hospitalised 1Night we have all documents do these documents helpful
