I am a coapplicant in a property with my brother during sale of flat if am not available what can be done

A.You can give general power of attorney in registered manner in favour of your brother giving him the right to execute and present the Sale Deed for registration subject to certain terms and conditions and with mandatory direction to deposit your share in such sale consideration into your bank account.
