A.If matter gets settled in Lok Adalat than consent terms are made and filed before the Court on the same day generally and approved/stamped by the presiding authorities and next date is given for any compliance of terms like alimony or withdrawal of any pending cases in the same matter or for cooling off period of 6months if case is not more than 6 months old. Thereafter on the next date of all compliance is done and parties file no-claim pertaining affidavit than after considering all such formalities Court may pass order in respect of divorce.
Thank you.
