my wife is currently in other country but she is not willing to come to India but she is willing to get separated. how can we get separated without her presence

For filing a mutual consent divorce (MCD) both the spouses are required to be present in the court else it is not possible to move ahead the case. If no way it is possible for her to come then file a contested petition and get the order passed ex parte.
