Grandfather Property related
My Grandfather is having 3 grandsons and 7 granddaughters. I am one of his Grandson.
My Grandfather is having self acquired property and he made a will 50 years back stating that his property belongs to his 3 grandsons.
Now the 7 granddaughters are married and some are not alive. Now the 7 granddaughter's sons and daughters has any rights to claim my Grandfather's property??
A.Dear Client
Please be a bit specific in elaborating your case to help you out properly. However, if your grandfather made a will in which it says the property is only of 3 grandsons, then the daughters and their sons won't have any right on such property.
Thanks

A.To give opinion it is necessary to know whether on the basis of that Will of your deceased grandfather, those grandsons took steps for mutating their names in the Record of Rights in the place and stead of your deceased grandfather.
