A.Hello Sir,

As per the facts which had been provided, you can be a co-borrower of loan to get your name included as the co-owner of the property or you can check with the bank that if they will provide loan in case you want be the co-owner of the property without being the co-borrower of loan.

Hope this clarifies your query and requirement.

Thank you.

A.dear client ,
you can definitely go for registration of property in the name of both you and your husband and it has nothing to do with the home loan but you to have to check if the bank is allowing registration in that way. You certainly become co owner along with your husband.

A.Dear Client
A bank when provides a home loan it wants to ensure that the property is registered in the name of the person(s) who has taken the loan. You will have to be a co-borrower to get your name included for the registration.
