Recently i got selected in a govt job in which marriage certificate is mandatory in joining formalities.My marriage registration is not done and i have completed 3 yrs of my marriage.Due to some disputes with my husband i am living separately from him and now he is not agreeing for marriage registration so that i cant join . kindly assist what can be done in this matter so that i can complete my joining formalities

You must get your marriage registered. However, in that case, an affidavit or court certificates can suffice. You may tell them the scenario and ask them for proper requisites.

If your marriage is not registered and husband is not willing to join you for registration then ask your employer that will an affidavit suffice? If yes then get an affidavit made and present that to the organization.
