Husband Torture - married to my husband for 25 years Husband Torture - married to my husband for 25 years

I've been married to my husband for 25 years, and he's been torturing me by forcing me to write his letters, harassing me, threatening me with "kicking you out of this house," and hitting me. This is too much for me to take.
What am I able to do? What rights do I have, where can I go?

A.You can approach the local police station and file a complaint against your husband for all the wrongdoings and torture done upon you. You may also file a suit for divorce against your husband if you want to break your marital ties with him. If you have minor children and you are also unemployed then you may file a maintenance case against your husband for providing you and your minor children the justified monthly maintenance for daily survival. If you are seriously apprehending life risk then kindly shift to any other place without the information of your cruel husband only for your own safety. You may visit to a doctor and get a full body check up if you have got any injury done by your husband then make it sure that the doctor mentions about such injury in his or her prescription which you can use as an evidence against your husband's cruelty before the competent law authority. You must consult an advocate at earliest.
