front door decorated with stone cladding till 3 to 4 feet in my place
In 2020 year while I took the flat from builder, with builder acceptance I had made the stone cladding/tiles fit to my area outside the front door. Builder has given the oral acceptance and now association formed in 2021 and they are asking to remove the tiles which are outside my main door. so will it be considered as the deviation of the sale deed and common area. Got the notice from association to remove in 60 days. so should they be removed or can I have the legal right to fight as my flat wall is decorated with the wooden frame and on top of it done the tiles work with the oral acceptance of builder and now association is asking to remove. kindly advise
