My wife has filed case against my divorce case which is sec 9 and dv act sec 12. I want to know will I have any advantage over these 2 cases as the cases which my wife has filed against me are completely different on one side she is saying I want to go to husband house and on other side she is saying DV has been happened against her at my home.
A.Dear Client,
mostly, it will be in your favour if you can prove that allegations on you are false as your wife wants to live with her husband that is you.

A.Dear Sir,
Literally you are correct but course are not having sufficient time to put it time to research on such minute issues. However, you may get justice in quashing DV proceedings if you approach High Court by hiring a reputed Advocate. Your Advocate may be able to convince the High Court that contrary contentions are taken in both the cases by the wife.
