Is structural audit for buildings greater than 30yrs compulsory under PMC (Pune Municipal Corp) laws in Pune, Maharashtra. as it is in Mumbai under Sec353-B of BMC Act

For building more than 30yrs old, Is astructural audit compulsory under PMC Rules and if YES, can you suggest me relevant licenced structural auditors or licenced architects.
