A.Dear Client,
The need of structural audit is for maintenance and repairs of existing structures whose age has more than of 15 years. buildings that are over 30 years old in Pune will have to carry out structural audits.

For building more than 30yrs old, Is astructural audit compulsory under PMC Rules and if YES, can you suggest me relevant licenced structural auditors or licenced architects.
Under BMC laws itbis compulsory.
